Lilit Hakobyan is a lawyer at the Center of Scientific Innovation and Education. She plays a key role in supporting the Center for Strategic Initiatives in Engineering’s mission to advance research and innovation in aerial robotics through her legal expertise. 
Lilit Hakobyan is an experienced legal professional with over five years of experience in corporate and business law at one of Armenia’s leading law firms. Her expertise spans mergers and acquisitions, private investments, and project financing, where she has successfully navigated complex transactions and advised on high-profile deals.

Lilit also has extensive experience advising non-commercial organizations and high-tech companies, offering valuable legal guidance across these sectors. In addition, she holds an advanced certification in “Financial Analysis and Evaluation for Lawyers” from Harvard Law School and has earned the European Board Diploma from the European Confederation of Directors’ Associations (ecoDa).
