Seminar on microprocessors, microcontrollers, ASIC and FPGA

On April 4, at 16:00 PM, as part of our ongoing Student Seminar Series, Artak Mnatsakanyan, a research intern at the Center for Scientific Innovation and Education, presented his research on Microprocessors, microcontrollers, ASICs and FPGAs.
During the seminar, we discussed the main types of modern electronic systems, such as:
✔️Microprocessors: High-performance processors used in computers, smartphones, and robotics
✔️Microcontrollers: Integrated chips controlling everyday devices (IoT, automotive, household appliances)
✔️ASICs (Application-Specific Integrated Circuits): Customized and optimized integrated circuits designed for specific tasks (high efficiency, limited flexibility)
✔️FPGAs (Field-Programmable Gate Arrays): Programmable hardware devices offering flexibility to adapt their functionality for specific applications
